Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the supervision and execution (under your own responsibility) of assembly, repair and service work in Germany and abroad (primarily in Germany, but also beyond the EU borders).
You will be the direct contact for the customer on site and will be responsible for the coordination and management of the site team, consisting of your own and external assembly personnel, as well as the management of external assembly companies.
You will be responsible for adhering to applicable health and safety regulations, customer agreements and project and cost targets.
By independently solving technical problems on site, documenting all activities such as site reports, deviation claims, etc., and communicating and coordinating with project managers, you will ensure that projects run smoothly and successfully.

Your qualifications
- Completed technical training in the metal sector,
- Further training as a technician, foreman or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the field of assembly as a foreman, site manager or similar are desirable,
- Knowledge of welding technology (UP and E-Hand), preferably with an additional qualification as a welding specialist,
- Social skills and a high degree of responsibility and cost awareness,
- Team spirit and commitment,
- Physical capacity,
- Experience with MS Office applications,
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing,
- Knowledge of English and/or Polish desirable,
- Unrestricted willingness to work in Germany and abroad as well as a valid driver's license are required.
